Overnight Parking Permit Application
FOREST CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
CHAPTER 69.20
Any person may be allowed to park overnight from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in parking lots owned by the City located in Blocks 47 (all parking spaces), 48 (the south row of parkig spaces), and 64 (the north four parking spaces on the east side), under the following terms and conditions:
1. A permit application shall be submitted to the Chief of Police on forms prescribed by the Chief.
2. A permit issued by the Chief of Police shall be prominently displayed in the vehicle.
3. An annual permit must be obtained and the annual fee for said permit shall be $120.00.
4. Any permit holder shall comply with the snow removal ordiance and have their vehicle moved in compliance with said snow removal ordinance.
5. No permit holder shall be allowed to park overnight on any City street within the area described in section 69.09 and must comply with this section, further must comply wiht all other parking ordinances of the City
6. One permit shall be issued for each parking and is transferable from tenant to tenant by the landlord.
7. Any lost or stolen permits shall be immediately reported to teh City Clerk.
